Tip #2: Read to your child every day. Each time you read to your child, you are helping his/her brain to develop language fluency.

Scarehouse

Are you brave enough?!

Thanks to a generous donation from The ScareHouse, YOU can be an honorary “RIP” attendee this Halloween season! The ScareHouse has been ranked as one of “America’s Scariest Halloween Attractions” by Travel Channel and has been featured on Good Morning America, USA TODAY, CBS news, ABC News, Buzzfeed, Forbes, Geek & Sundry, and many other national media outlets.

We are holding a raffle for two (2) “RIP Tickets” and two CDs of music contained within and inspired by The ScareHouse (created and donated by Delirium Dog). The 2 “RIP Tickets” (an $80 value) grant the winner VIP access to The Scarehouse in Etna without the wait – skip the line whenever you feel up to the challenge to survive the scares!

Raffle tickets are $1 each, $5 for 6 tickets, $10 for 15 tickets, and $20 for 35 tickets.

Tickets can be purchased in person at DePaul School’s Shadyside location or online via PayPal using the form below. (Please note: There is a $5 minimum for all online purchases.)

The winner will be chosen LIVE on Facebook Friday, September 29th. Good luck!

All proceeds benefit DePaul School for Hearing and Speech programs and services.

**Please Note: ScareHouse is not recommended for children under 13, and no one under 7 will be admitted.

Registration is now closed. We will be pulling the winner live on Facebook Friday, September 29th at 1pm. Make sure to tune in and good luck!

Tip #4: Deaf and hard of hearing children who receive early intervention services have been found to have better language outcomes up to age five.
